I am no fitness guru. No dietitian or nutritionist. My father is no Greek God, nor do I possess any superhuman genetic code that makes me different from you.
No, I’m just your average Joe, literally—a husband, father, brother, believer and etc.
Back in 2010, I weighed 185 lbs. and wore a size 38 waist in dress pants. That may not sound big to you, but I’m only 5’6” in my best boots. Needless to say, I didn’t like the person staring back at me in the mirror.
I decided to go on a journey to change my life. By employing the 8 simple tips found in this book, I’d lost nearly all of my unwanted weight in just 6 months, and I’ve now kept it off for more than 10 years and counting!
